Tabata is a CV training with 8 rounds of 20 seconds high intensity intervals and 10 seconds of resting intervals. It's a total body split of exercises, which makes you feel fresh and energetic and will definitely make you feel the burn.
PS: your metabolism will thank you just in couple of weeks!

You have guessed it right, it’s a no equipment bodyweight training class accommodative to every
level of fitness. Very ideal if you want to effectively work every muscle in the body. No resistance
bands, no silly stuff. It’s just you and gravity. But, bring your towels and water bottles, you’ll most
definitely need them :)
