The Good Fit Project is about three things: Health, Happiness, and Fitness. We combine expert fitness training with nutritional support, mental health and community building, inspired by the latest research in wellbeing science, and give people the chance to experience exciting new activities and destinations. We give a new dimension to fitness, blending it with fun activities and quality time and pride ourselves on offering you fantastic wellbeing & fitness events at competitive prices.
What makes The Good Fit Project unique? Founded by two women, familiar with that "big city life" feeling, cumulating jobs with different hats (athletic performance, personal training, research in urban economics and teaching to name a few), TGFP is a community of like-minded people seeking to support each other through physical activity, bonding experiences and healthy inspirations.
Fitness doesn’t have to be boring, especially when you’re with friends. While we can’t promise you’ll make friendships for life, we do know that our growing community is supportive of each other and every time we meet, you'll be fully re-energized ;) STRIVING NOT STARVING We don’t believe in extreme dieting and advocate for a balance between healthy eating and regular exercise. Fitness should be fun, and our range of activities and expert nutrition advice allows you to strive for a better life.
Our online REVOLUTION membership gives you access to daily fitness & wellness classes, weekly seminars, challenges and on-demand 1-1 sessions with our trainers. Our fitness retreats include accommodation & healthy local cuisine, training from our expert fitness instructors, adrenaline & outdoor activities and health & fitness advice. We aim to provide the most competitive prices and make it our mission to offer you high quality value for money and friendly new connections as you get into shape!
Our team is composed of in-house trainers, qualified fitness Instructors, University lecturers & researchers, some of them with years of professional and competitive experience, mostly women, and coming from all over the World! We keep our community going with wellbeing science webinars, healthy living tips and blogs, confidence (as well as muscles!) building techniques, as well as entertaining & friendly social events :)
It's not just about how good you look. It's about how good you feel! As experts in wellbeing and nutrition, we'll teach you how to enjoy food, maintain a stable diet and balance your macros, so you don't have to resort to extreme dieting.
We started The Good Fit Project through friendship, and we know how important is to have people to motivate and encourage you during your fitness journey. Our approach is less formal and restrictive than other companies because we understand how important an active community can help and support each other.
